Super Mooi
So: mooi (which rhymes with koi; as in the fish) is the Dutch equivalent of the English word beautiful. If you ever find yourself in the Netherlands, and don't speak Dutch, and someone speaks to you, in Dutch... Don't get nervous. Just wait a second. Think (or pretend you are). Then say with confidence:
Mooi.
It pretty much works for anything.
How was the park?
Mooi.
What do you think of this painting?
Mooi.
Wanna have sex later?
Mooi.
A few weeks a go a friend and I pedaled ourselves to his place after work. Drank and ate too much and ended up on the roof taking pics with his SLR. Here's a few of my snapshots:

SANAA
So...
The Serpentine Gallery pavilion designed by SANAA is now open to the public, at Kensington Gardens, London.
In a nutshell... the gallery invites an international architect to design a pavillion in the garden each year. The catch? They must have not built in England before. Past archies have included Zaha (who is ironically – British), Frank and Dan (who in my opinion, needs to move beyond slashes in buildings).
I've heard mixed reviews. But personally – I love it.
And - all the press releases for the project seem to leave out the best part... It has curved acrylic walls!
